Hands-on AI-Assisted Development, Mechanical and Electrical track, Session 1 handouts

■ Where to extract

Right-click the ZIP file, choose "Extract All", and select the desktop as the destination.
The extracted folder is named tpro-work. Keep this name. If you rename it,
it will not match the folder name used in the materials.

If the folder name ends with (1) or (2), the ZIP was extracted twice. Go down through the levels
and use the folder that has 01_sample_inspection-record.md directly inside it.

You can open the contents of the ZIP without extracting it, but then you cannot save files.
Always extract the ZIP before you use it.

■ Files included

01_sample_inspection-record.md
A fictional sample of an equipment inspection record. In Exercise 2 you rewrite its 4 lines under "What is causing trouble",
and in Exercise 3 you give it to Copilot to read.

02_comprehension-test.html
The afternoon comprehension test. It has 15 questions with 4 choices each, and you may refer to the materials while you answer.
We will tell you on the day when to take it and how to submit it.

03_finished-sample_input-form.html
A sample of the page you build in Exercise 5. It is included so that you can take it home if yours did not work on the day.
Do not open it during the exercise. Try to build the page yourself first.

README.txt
　This file.

■ How to open an HTML file in the browser

1. In File Explorer, open the tpro-work folder on the desktop
2. Double-click the HTML file you want to open
3. A browser (such as Microsoft Edge) starts and shows the page

If double-clicking opens the file in another app, right-click the file
and choose Microsoft Edge from "Open with".

■ Files you create during the exercises

The following files are not in the handouts. You create them during the exercises and save them in this tpro-work
folder. It is normal that they are not there at the start.

memo_afternoon.md You create it when you practice file operations in VS Code
memo_exercise-1.md to memo_exercise-4.md Create them if you want to keep answers you liked in each exercise (optional)
05_input-form.html The page that Copilot made for you in Exercise 5, saved as a file

■ Please note

All sample content is fictional. It has no relation to any real equipment, products or companies.
In the exercises, do not use real data, real files or screenshots of real screens from your own work.
Do not enter client names, product names or project names either. The level of industry and process is enough.

■ If you need help

On the day of the course, speak to the instructor directly. Raise your hand and the instructor will come to you.

If you have trouble with your setup or the handouts before the course day, the contact will be listed here to match your company's course office.
(The contact details will be finalized after confirming with your company.)
