From Client A, someone in Purchasing

They say the units we delivered do not run.
Lot L-1030 → wrong, correct is L-1003
The units delivered last Friday → wrong, correct is Thursday, they say

Symptom: "the power comes on but the lamp stays red"
→ wrong, correct is "the lamp lights up but the unit does not run".
The red lamp was about a different machine.

Note: out of order, but their first call was
yesterday evening, and they could not reach us.
They did not leave a voicemail.

Their contact is someone in Quality → wrong, correct is someone in Purchasing.
The Quality person is in the office tomorrow.

They asked us to call back after 16:00
→ wrong, correct is tomorrow morning. They are in meetings today.

15:35 addendum
A photo of the actual part arrived by email. They said the bracket's hole positions
look different from the drawing.
They do not know the drawing number either.
It may be the same part as our May 26 case.

15:50 addendum
Number of units: 3 → wrong, correct is 2.
The other one is a different model, and that one works, they say.
